The project aimed to design an engaging serious games simulation focusing on training first responder’s proper protocol for maintaining personal safety when dealing with animal related emergencies. The initial stage focused on the need for such a project and the general attributes associated with this type of content. I concentrated on collecting, analysing, and summarizing this data. Research covered characteristics of fire, human behaviour when dealing with fire, and equine behaviours in an emergency situation. Furthermore, I compiled a summary of existing simulations related to first responder training.
The project and its associated research was submitted as a grant proposal to Epic Games in May 2015 in an attempt to acquire funding through Epic Game’s Unreal Dev Grants. I also designed a visual presentation illustrating the project’s research data.

I interned at Fractal Ink Design Studio, empanelled design partners for Microsoft, for the period of 2 months as User Experience designer in Mumbai, Maharashtra. At Fractal Ink, I got chance to work on very prestigious and known products and clients such as Ditto TV, Book My Show, Bollywood Hungama and Event FAQs.
My work primarily involved preparing User Journeys, Info Architecture, Wireframes and Visual Design of the interface of the applications. Apart from design responsibilities, I co-ordinated with client about his needs and requirements and to get approval on screens that were made.
