Key Responsibilities & Strategic Ownership:
• Customer Outcome Ownership: Own the "Time-to-First-Value" for SASE deployments by standardizing POC hygiene, success criteria, and the transition to production.
• Partner Ecosystem Enablement: Empower our global partner network to transition from legacy firewall models to SASE-first architectures through technical playbooks and onboarding curriculums.
• Voice of the Market: Serve as a strategic feedback loop between the field and Product/Engineering teams to refine UX, documentation, and GTM clarity.
• Scalable Infrastructure: Build the internal "engine" for growth, establishing the policies, training modules, and procedures required to scale customer-facing teams.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a high-stakes escalation point and advisor for enterprise initiatives, helping partners and customers reduce security complexity while increasing protection.
