Led the research within a cross-functional team from discovery through to launch for a new AutoCAD web product targeting the architecture, engineering and construction markets. Utilized mixed method research including ethnographic interviews, co-creation activities, iterative usability testing, experience mapping, surveys and analytics to steer product strategy and UX design.
Awards: The AutoCAD web application launched in March 2018, and was recognized in Fast Company's 2018 Innovation By Design Awards as a Finalist in User Experience and had an Honorable Mention in Web Design
