• Developed new features to improve reporting, sorting, and filtering of user metrics in DC3’s Electronic Malware Submission tool (EMS)

• Integrated a new library to overhaul EMS’s malware report generation capabilities to improve conciseness of reports and improve user experience with generating and reading reports

• Conducted analysis of and created a business case analysis of various third-party software to identify a potential replacement to DIBNet, DC3’s cybersecurity threat sharing platform

• Implemented and integrated software solutions for AEGIS, the combat system present on U.S. Navy ships, improving the effectiveness and uptime of its mission critical systems

• Built solutions for critical software bugs in C++ and Java and integrated solutions into a secure CI/CD pipeline using both in-house and open-source technologies such as Jenkins, Git and Bitbucket

• Refactored an internal tool to become a customer facing flagship product, a data cleaning and organizing product (Python/PostgreSQL/AWS Aurora), for the purpose of efficient integration into the company’s website

• Built a dashboard (Python) that displayed sales and marketing data sourced from Google Sheets and Twilio SendGrid’s external APIs to enable sales staff and decision makers to identify and track key trends

• Proposed and oversaw the integration of version control (Git) and agile development methodologies into the engineering team’s workflow to create a foundation for the company’s newly formed engineering team, increasing development efficiency and led to all current projects being ahead of schedule
