Throughout my 14-year tenure, I progressed from a Software Engineer to a Staff Software Development Engineer, taking on increased responsibilities and challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Spearheaded the development of a Machine Learning-based image detection and classification software solution to improve product performance.
• Designed and implemented new e-beam wafer inspection product features on the review tool, including the development of Image Result attributes in memory & disk containers, Wafer Geometry Setup, Test Setup, Patch Image Handling, Virtual Inspector, Site Definition.
• Collaborated with offshore teams in India to streamline product development and achieve project goals.
• Created and implemented Flexible Focus Site and Mark Wafer features for eBeam inspection products.
• Addressed and resolved critical client issues and bugs, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the product's reputation in the market.
• Led and mentored a small team, fostering a culture of innovation and delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
