NVMe Drives Product/Fuctional/Feature Validation

• Currently leading a team of 9 (onsite-offshore) as a Senior Test Engineer for HPE persistent memory

• Strategic Test Planning & Execution.

• System Integration Testing.

• Onsite Coordinator for offshore team.

• Possess broad competence in Persistent memory - Non volatile memory (NVDIMM).

• Working knowledge on Storage controllers (SAS/SATA/NVMe).

• Testing experience on Direct attached storage and multiple Host Bust Adapters.

• Managing the customer's requirements and expectations in line with committed Service Level

Agreements (SLA).

• Test bed setup, Test case design and development, Reporting, Tracking, Estimation and

Verification.

• Proposing solutions based on the customer business requirement.

• Run boot code fixes, validate & provide fix build to HP.

• Update VPD, IPL, boot codes & config regions on Emulex adapters.

• Experience working with the tools that talks to low level architecture & firmware.

• Imitate failure setups in clients’ labs & provide access/assistance to Developers for bug analysis.

• Coordinating between different teams to ensure timely resolution of the incident depending upon

the criticality/severity.

• Bridging communication between different teams and management levels to ensure timely

progress and resolution of the bugs.

• Personally responsible for providing first information report on every single bug submitted by customer on Salesforce.com & report them on Bugzilla.

• Capture ARM/NetC using ARM kits, network trace with Finisar Xgig analyzer & one capture logs

for in-depth analysis

• Develop appropriate technical manuals

• Working knowledge on hypervisors & VMware networking.

• Tested 16GB Fiber channel card functionalities on HP infrastructure

• Validated Converged Network adapters (CNA) in iSCSI &FCoE configurations.

• Validated Single root I/O Virtualization validation (SRIOV) feature in Windows, Linux & VMware.

• Expertise in HP Blade server infrastructure (UEFI/Legacy) & Virtual Connect technology.

• Possess technical competence to configure switches such as Cisco 5010/5020 (FCoE), Brocade 6000 (FC), Cisco MDS 9148, (FC) and Procurve 5406 ZL chassis (Networking; vLANs) to facilitate infrastructure.
