I am a part of the Graduate Analyst Rotation Program at BlackRock. I am currently in my final rotation, working in the team, Portfolio Management Tools (PMT) Quantitative Tools, Equity. Being a part of this team, I've had an opportunity to work on products such as APEX - tool for Portfolio Managers(PM) to mange their Active portfolio, by taking into account the various data points and constraints like, The Alpha, the various Risk Models, the Transaction cost models, the various restrictions etc., Quantitative Fund Configuration Tool - web based AngularJs 2 application used to on board and set up new clients on APEX.

As a part of my previous rotations, I've worked in the iShares Product Technology group. This team is responsible for managing the Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) industry, in line with Order creation, Order bursting, Custom Basket creation, PCF generation etc.

I have worked in the Core Software Infrastructure (CSI-dev) team, for my second rotation, and I helped create the new version of the Software Release Tool, using AngularJS, Java Spring and Hibernate.

My first rotation was in the Web Tools and Technology (WTT) team, where I was responsible for building tools that helped manage the Product Pages for blackrock.com and ishares.com public domains globally. I had a chance to work on headless browser technologies like Selenium Web Driver and Phantom JS.
