Pulse: Developed and maintained a user-facing application, Pulse, that helped over 1,500 users digitally sign and download invoices each month. Conducted training sessions for 1,500 users on how to use the application and resolved any issues they faced. DigiSign: Developed and maintained a back-end application, DigiSign, that digitally signed invoices. The application used scheduled cron jobs to process invoices batch-wise to generate digitally signed invoices. I maintained the application and identified and resolved any issues that might cause errors. I also developed an API that completely digitally signed invoices and mails the signed invoices to the user's registered email. This API was used by other applications to integrate with DigiSign. Einvoice: Developed and maintained a mission-critical application, Einvoice, that generated taxable invoices and printed QR codes on the invoices. These QR codes were received from a vendor over an API call. The application was built to generate invoices for 2 types of documents. I developed a new version of this application that can process a third type of document using the same API. The application was used to generate over 10 million invoices per year. Documentum: A data storage application to store user agreement and photocopies of the proof documents of users . This application was used by over 100,000 users and stored over 100TB of data. IManage: A middleware that allows online payments. I maintained and resolved errors that users might face while making payments. If necessary, initiate a refund resolving the errors.
