It manages the lifecycle of any CPD Service on the OpenShift Container Platform in both OLM (OCP 4.x) and non-OLM (OCP 3.11) based clusters.

Instead of the cluster administrator having to manually install each of the CPD service and apply upgrades or patches, the CPD Operator provides a single facade to Install, Upgrade, Patch and Scale a CPD service.

Worked on installing IBM Cloud Pak for Data 3.0 on RedHat CodeReady Containers which uses a single node which behaves both as a master and as a worker node.

Worked on IBM Cloud Private for Data product to create and deploy machine learning model on the product using docker containers, kubernetes and MongoDB database.
