I’m a UX Designer at Google based in California, currently leading the Watch Ads experience on YouTube, where I focus on driving long-term user value while supporting sustainable revenue growth. Previously, I led UX across Shorts, Creator, SMB, and Youth experiences, shaping how diverse audiences create, connect, and thrive on the platform. Before Google, I led design teams at NETGEAR and partnered with startups to build successful product experiences. 

My background in architecture, along with recognition as one of Lighting Magazine’s “40 Under 40” designers, has deeply influenced how I approach design, balancing structure with creativity, vision with execution, and user needs with business outcomes. This foundation has trained me to think systemically, move fluidly between strategy and craft, and bring clarity to ambiguity.

Beyond my core role, I'm exploring how AI is reshaping design practice from creative judgment to how designers collaborate with intelligent systems. I share ideas, frameworks, and experiments with a global community of 150,000+ designers and builders through writing, talks, and long-form content.

I’m also deeply invested in mentorship and community building. I actively support junior designers, foster cultures of learning and knowledge-sharing, and contribute to the broader design community, most notably speaking at Google I/O on accessibility and inclusive design.
