•Created and implemented onboarding procedure from the ground up of end-to-end Property
Management SaaS platform, from post-contract to autopilot stages. Jack of all trades.
•Managed landlord relationships for the entire Ithaca market. Negotiated with landlords
resulting in trial runs and finalizing in a few contracts. Go to person for product troubleshooting.
•Refactored static Django pages into React SPA, reducing code clutter and improving frontend
continuity for end users.
•Developed customer resources including filming and production of demo videos, necessary
onboarding documents, such as best practices, FAQ, and user guide.
•Led interns in carrying multi-campus (Ithaca & Cornell) marketing campaign resulting in
peak traffic to the site in mid March.
