Leading & managing a global team of designers to shape and deliver the Nutanix Cloud Management, NCM experience vision. In this role, I along with my team envision and architect compelling user experiences that span Artificial Intelligent Ops, IT Self Service, Cost & Security Governance for hybrid cloud environments. NCM is our second-largest product portfolio after the core infrastructure.

With adoption and utilization of the NCM as key a goal, we directly impact the business bottom line i.e., a larger Nutanix footprint for our customers. Our product experiences are innovative, empathetically crafted, frictionless, engender trust, and are rooted in user insights.

Built direct relationships with key customers, and ran co-design sessions with customers in setting a model for the Design Partners program. Co-founded and led Design Brief - a design outreach program to encourage design writing and storytelling. These are a few initiatives I was instrumental with in up-leveling design maturity at Nutanix.

Conceived, crafted, and delivered innovative and lovable product experiences for Nutanix Prism Pro and Prism Ultimate product lines that provide a sense of control, trust, and delight for the admins in managing complex enterprise IT systems based on ML and AI. Drove user engagement, UX strategy/roadmap, and product experiences that played a crucial role in growing the AIOps product portfolio to $100M+ revenue, making it the second-largest product line at Nutanix.

Instrumental in institutionalizing core design processes such as customer visits and partnerships, competitive analysis, UX benchmarking, design quality with FnF process improvements, and instrumenting features for telemetry.

Led design for Nutanix Prism Pro, a product line that delivers intelligent operational capabilities for managing large-scale data centers. Delivered product designs for flagship features like Capacity Planning/Forecasting, VM Rightsizing, and Playbooks for IT Ops making hybrid cloud management simple, efficient, and effective.

Conceive, design, and implement activities and events aimed at bringing design-driven social change. UMO.Design, over the years, has expanded the global design community and had grown the influence of design in India through various programs. Our flagship program, UXINDIA has been influencing, inspiring, and connecting the Design Community, Industry, Academia, and Govt at various levels to drive design culture and influence for a far-reaching impact at all levels.
