In addition to ^ I am also responsible for: 1. In-depth analysis of multiple different parts of the platform and consistent enhancement and monitoring. 2. Active participation in new initiatives and hackathon with building successful solutions for long-lasting problems. 3. Active participation in brainstorming sessions as well as new feature design discussions. 4. Interviewing, training, mentoring. 5. Feature and automation code review. As my side project and as a result of my analysis I identified the most business-critical area (loan request rejection decisions) and provided the solution using Deep Neural Network with Tensorflow. This solution received a lot of good feedback and showed to be faster, and very efficient compared to the current process while utilizing a significantly smaller dataset and resources. This solution wasn't integrated for several reasons. During the hackathon, my team was building an income prediction model using a Neural Network with Tensorflow. In 5 days we developed the model that proved its efficiency and showed very good results that were as good as the current model but we used a 50x smaller dataset.
