• Led end-to-end design for critical Trust & Safety features (Data Breach Alerts, SOS), safeguarding 5M+ families. Translated complex security signals into clear, actionable interfaces, driving 4.62K trial sign-ups.
• Designed the Crash Detection and SOS experience, bridging complex backend sensor technology with a streamlined, high-stress user flow as part of a major Membership tier expansion.
• Redesigned the Safety Tab architecture to improve feature discovery, resulting in measurable lifts in app engagement and feature activations.
• Redesigned the Life360 Inbox experience to optimize the signal-to-noise ratio, ensuring users engaged with high-value communications and alerts.
• Defined the North Star product vision for the Driving vertical, utilizing storytelling and prototyping to align cross-functional teams on the strategic roadmap.
• Updated the user research infrastructure by launching a new Beta forum platform in partnership with Engineering, establishing direct feedback loops with user communities to accelerate iteration cycles.
