Early member of Klaviyo’s Service vertical, focused on building new products from 0 → 1. Backend architect for team behind Customer Hub, a rapidly scaling product that helps brands deliver personalized on-site experiences and customer support.
Architected the backend systems and service boundaries that power Customer Hub - including segmentation, content personalization, and dynamic rendering - establishing the foundations for future Service products. Partnered closely with Product and Design to shape feature roadmaps and define the long-term architectural direction for the vertical.
Played a key role in scaling the team - mentoring engineers, leading design reviews and RFCs, and helping drive clarity in complex technical discussions.
