Currently leading platform expansion efforts across the Service vertical, coordinating with adjacent teams to extend the core architecture powering Klaviyo’s next generation of B2C CRM products.

Early member of Klaviyo’s Service vertical, focused on building new products from 0 → 1. Backend architect for team behind Customer Hub, a rapidly scaling product that helps brands deliver personalized on-site experiences and customer support.

Architected the backend systems and service boundaries that power Customer Hub - including segmentation, content personalization, and dynamic rendering - establishing the foundations for future Service products. Partnered closely with Product and Design to shape feature roadmaps and define the long-term architectural direction for the vertical.

Played a key role in scaling the team - mentoring engineers, leading design reviews and RFCs, and helping drive clarity in complex technical discussions.

Worked on Klaviyo’s Partner Ecosystem, building the externally facing App Marketplace and backend systems that support hundreds of third-party integrations. Focused on designing scalable APIs, building recommendation frameworks for app discovery, and streamlining the developer experience. Partnered closely with internal teams to evolve Klaviyo’s integration platform into a modern, extensible ecosystem.

Contributed to high-scale integrations with major third-party platforms including Zendesk, Google Ads, and eCommerce extensions for Magento 2 and WooCommerce. Worked across API design, backend reliability, and data synchronization to ensure seamless connection between merchants’ stores and Klaviyo. Helped standardize integration patterns that improved performance and maintainability across the platform.

Provided advanced technical support for enterprise customers and served as a liaison between customers and engineering. Built API wrappers and tooling across multiple languages to improve developer adoption and integration velocity.
