Ampool is a big data startup aimed at offering a robust, fully featured in-memory data store, allowing companies who handle vast quantities of data to make use of the speed of memory in transactional and high-throughput processes.

• Designed and developed an Ampool-Calcite connector using Java to address a long existing customer request of querying Ampool data store through SQL commands. This is one of the essential component of product and provided business to company.

• Coordinated with other interns to create another connector which allows communication between Ampool and PrestoDB.

• Conducted load testing and performance benchmarks of ampool-calcite connector using Apache JMeter.

• Created JUnit test cases for Ampool-Calcite connector.
