Routine Tasks:

• Debug, calibrate, and test AGVs before shipment to clients, utilizing mechanical, electrical/electronic, and computer skills with hand tools, electronic test equipment, and custom/vendor software utilities

• Develop customer applications for AGVs using JBT's domain-specific scripting language

• Conduct vehicle maintenance training sessions for personnel at domestic and international customer sites

• Conduct scheduled and emergency system maintenance at domestic and international customer sites

Product/Engineering Leadership:

• Led development of next-generation IDE and build automation platform based on Visual Studio Code for vehicle application development, using TypeScript and PowerShell

• Led development of utilities for automating and accelerating vehicle debug and calibration workflows using PowerShell

• Led pilot program for digital test/debug checklists leveraging a web-based platform with API-driven automation through PowerShell

• Developed division-wide business intelligence reporting and analysis using Python, SQL, and Tableau

• Produced technical documentation for internal processes and software utilities using Confluence and Markdown

• Managed in-house Confluence platform, overseeing user licensing, add-ons, and access control

• Architected and evolved in-house Jira solutions, managing workflows, ticket types, and project configuration for division-wide use
