1. Quantitative processing of bio-images (e.g., comparison of morphological or fluorescence changes of cells before and after a specific treatment). Using machine learning to predict behavior pattern.
2. Combine eye-tracker and EEG to analyze the relationship between brain waves and eye movement. Use machine learning methods such as PCA to analyze high dimensional signals. This project is the first attempt in the academic area, trying to combine brain image and eye movement to analyze human behavior towards the certain visual stimulus.
3. Lead the project to analyze Twitter to predict disease. Working on data analysis and text processing. Use machine learning methods such as K-means. Developing the corresponding Website, both Back-end and Front-end design using Python.
