We help companies overcome the first hurdle of finding a wellness program that works for their culture and company, and lead them successfully to achieve their goals. I worked with 3 dedicated core team members, including our lead engineer, CEO and an additional engineering contributor. I pioneered the Corporate Class Management System—a first-of-its-kind solution that transformed corporate wellness class programs by combining employee gamification and employee feedback. The next goal was to integrate the data into companies’ HR systems. The system boosted employee engagement through interactive wellness challenges while generating actionable monthly data reports for HR teams. At a time when no software existed for managing corporate wellness classes at scale, this platform filled a critical gap, enabling data-driven wellness strategies and improving employee retention and satisfaction. Traction: Bootstrapped startup with 5 paid programs launched to date; Launched native mobile app for employees Strategy: First to develop close partnerships with HR SaaS companies to have the program management system as part of the Employee benefits package; Hired 2 total contract regional sales reps in SF, Los Angeles, along with program teachers. Technology: Corporate Class Platform Management System, with Proprietary Employee Check-In App (1st Place for Best Go-To-Market at the January 2013 AT&T Hackathon) ## Education ### Master of Business Administration - DMBA California College of the Arts ### Bachelor of Arts - BA in Communication Studies, Honors, Dean’s List; Diploma in Social Sciences San Francisco State University ### Stanford University ### Entrepreneurship and Product Development Silicon Valley Programs @nestGSV, Stanford, Kaufman, Femgineer, Women Startup Lab ### Human-Centered Design IDEO ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/silviehibdon - Website: https://calendly.com/innovationstrategy/60min --- Source: https://flows.cv/silvie JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/silvie/resume.json Last updated: 2026-04-08
