• Leading design to create new experiences from the ground up for multiple product and platform verticals, spanning consumer-facing mobile experiences, B2B Marketplace solutions, to highly regulated airspace management software

• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders such as the FAA, CASA, and B2B marketplace partners

• Providing career guidance, design standards, and mentorship to the Design and Research team

• Instrumental role in the formation and growth of the Immersive Shopping Group, led UX effort for immersive retail augmented reality and lens experiences

• Spearheaded retail strategy and service design format for AR experiences with C-level stakeholders

• Established foundational critical use cases that drove the formation of the Lens Labs engineering research group (focused on ambient knowledge on AR platforms for multiple devices)

• Worked alongside the engineering group manager to validate the product’s market viability; successfully graduated the product suite and team from ATAP to Daydream

• Led product development and strategic positioning of industry tools for data ingestion, consumer-facing first-party applications, and 3P apps and platforms

• Formed key relationships with external client partners for 3P platform integration

• Led User Experience projects for Native Design’s San Francisco office

• Grew UX team, implemented user-centric design research practices, and led business development
