Building a customer centric payments platform to simplify Global Payments for Small Businesses.

Highlights:

Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and product to overhaul UI/UX, increasing customer satisfaction score (via NPS) by 2x-3x.

Build scalable, modular, and extensible front end components with React. Manage application state with Redux and asynchronous actions with Redux-Saga.

Developed a dedicated payment approvals page with ability to batch pending payments for approvals.

Developed feature to set limits on account users to determine who can send / approve a pre determined amount.
