Working in the Customer & Developer Engineering team, I'm designing and developing benchmarking, characterization frameworks to evaluate and tune performance of open-source, industry workloads (e.g. LLM inference engines, databases, deep learning workloads, in-memory stores, web servers) on current and future compute hardware.

• Collaborated with SAP to develop a dashboard for tracking software engineering practices and product development progress for scrum teams.

• Sourced and analyzed GitHub and Jira data to derive, visualize role-specific insights on agile process improvements.
