Lead designer on Atlassian’s Goals app, defining the app strategy and vision in collaboration with product and engineering.

As part of a small team, brought a 0 → 1 Atlassian product to market. My work delivered core parts of the experience for Atlassian’s Projects, Goals and Teams apps.

On the Atlassian administration experience team, I built tooling for enterprise customers that accelerated their migration to cloud, including IP allowlisting, user provisioning and authentication policies.

Designed improvements to reduce the volume of support requests for our on-premise products, as part of a team focussed on the install and upgrade experiences.

As one of a handful of researchers at Atlassian at the time, I helped coach product teams on Confluence about how to get useful customer insights.

I led the design and testing of a weather monitoring system for Peruvian mountain communities with Imperial College, and led usability testing of a video streaming service for W12 Studios.
