Being the division UX lead, I am driving the overall design of the 3 flagship product families: HyperIntelligence, Library, and Federated Analytics across platforms (desktop, web, mobile, and plug-in) to bridge the customers’ experience gap and drive the product license.

Besides, I also work as an individual contributor to deliver the designs for HyperIntelligence (See below).

Led the end to end design of the HyperIntelligence product family, across multi-personas and multi-platforms. MicroStrategy was rank as #1 in Embedded analytic use case with the score 4.96/5 by Gartner report 2019.

• Worked closely with PM and leadership to analyze the business requirement, identify the pattern, and translate the customer insights to support the design decisions.

• Delivered the end to end design across various stages, from user journey map to the final design for implementation. And work side by side with engineers to ensure the outcome quality, without leaving 1px behind.

• Drove the design direction by advocating for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

• Collaborated with Marketing and Sales to align the value proposition, with Documentation to provide the best practice guides.

Launched products: MicroStrategy V11 - Dossier authoring (data visualization creation tool); Library (data consumption tool)

Being the design lead, I drove the effort of dashboard creation and data visualization creation experience. I delivered the frictionless UX design for dashboard builder, Mapbox integration, NLP feature, Narrative Science integration, Financial report builder, and the complex analytical functions. Besides, I successfully pushed design-centered features, such as MicroStrategy 11 New theme.
