Core contributor on a small team building out an enterprise AI platform with cross-product unification
• Designed and implemented a scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline for document ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and LLM-based reasoning

API Platform:
• Singlehandedly researched and implemented IaC validation for org-wide usage, complete with Github Actions workflows.
• Built a Go library and network of agents/skills for writing unit and integration tests for Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes configurations using Terratest, bringing infra validation efforts from hours/days to minutes.
• Wore multiple hats (development and quality), adding Terraform provider features in Go, building out the custom C# middleware with DB/ cloud syncing, and writing complete integration tests with Terratest.
• Often operated at a systems level, helping make high-level architectural decisions for an API platform eventually servicing upwards of 100 million users.
• Helped pioneer new organizational best practices for infrastructure provisioning using modules and custom Terraform providers, advising teams on their implementations and creating extensive documentation.
• Created Azure Workbooks for visualizing performance of every API onboarded to our API platform, capable of splitting request data between the gateway layer and backend layer.
• Prototyped an API contract validation service with a Reactflow dashboard, visualizing all APIs and their consumers/providers.
Maintenance Connection:
• Ended an automation freeze, navigated from 0% -> 60-70% in-sprint automation, nearly eliminating manual regression testing and sharply increasing velocity
• Went from many to 0 broken tests, and continuously maintained 100% test confidence across our more than 2000 GUI and graphQL automated test cases
• Worked with QE leaderahip to dictate standard work around in-sprint automation and validation of acceptance criteria
