Hello! I’m a software engineer at NerdWallet in NYC with a passion for all things technology and crafting meaningful user experiences regardless of any medium. I have experience in full stack application development, specifically with React, Redux, and Java. I’m always looking forward to learning new things and sharing what I’ve learned along the way. 

I’ve had the opportunity to intern at two startups, namely Negotiatus and Felix Gray, J.P. Morgan Chase, and now currently work at NerdWallet. By bringing my former fine arts background and my love for technology together, I’m able to develop features with a user-first mindset and to make information as widely accessible and inclusive as possible. Currently, I work in a team of five to develop a tool to track code coverage throughout the firm and maintain a web portal for the firm’s superday hiring processes.

Opportunities that may be interesting to me are front-end software engineer or UX engineer roles on a team that actively encourages collaboration and learning as well as the ability to work on projects that will allow me to bring a lot of impact inside and outside the organization.

I graduated in 2019 with a B.S. in New Media Interactive Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Outside of work, I enjoy working out, reading, and taking care of my houseplants (I’m a proud plant mom!).
