Data & Experimentation: Use SQL, Python, and analytics dashboards to monitor conversion, containment, and latency metrics; implement A/B-style experiments to measure AI-driven improvements.
Automation Frameworks: Designed success-measurement models that combine multiple performance indicators (containment, completion, duration, and escalation) to quantify AI impact beyond traditional metrics.
Technical Troubleshooting: Collaborate on diagnosing and resolving issues in production APIs using logs, network traces, and code-level inspection.
Model Behavior Tuning: Work cross-functionally to shape AI personality, tone, and fallback patterns improving user trust and completion rate while maintaining compliance boundaries.

Created in a 4-day sprint in which I used solely django as fullstack and PostgreSQL as my database.
The website has full User Authorization, 1 one-to-many, and 2 many-to-many relationships as well as full CRUD functionality.
The website's layout and frontend design was made through usage of Bulma and Bootstrap.

Collaborated with 2 other developers in a 1-week sprint in an agile environment. I had full control of the front-end development of the website.
The website's layout was designed using Bootstrap, and the front-end and back-end were integrated using express, node.js, and EJS files.

React-based website in which others can come to learn about their favorite Anime and write reviews about them.

Collaborated with 2 other developers in a 4-day sprint in an Agile environment to make the full-stack website. Each had a separate role in which I had Fullstack/API development of the website.
The website data was pulled by integrating a public API and tested through Postman, which was deployed on our backend servers and seeded to personal MongoDB so that we could access the specific datasets we need.
Created the website's backend with Express and connected it to our React Front-End so that MongoDB can be altered through each entry.
