Developing business.nj.gov My Account, an application that provides entrepreneurs with all the resources needed to create and maintain a business in the state of New Jersey, utilizing a React, Express, Typescript, and DynamoDB stack

Spearheaded the development of an encryption feature utilizing AWS's crypto library, contributing to the ideation phase and driving the project from the initial spike to MVP creation, eventual deployment of the final feature and orchestrated the encryption of preexisting PII data to ensure data security measures are met

Played a pivotal role in the exploration of an API integration hosted on Microsoft Dynamics in collaboration with stakeholders and team members, spearheaded the seamless migration from the legacy version to its contemporary counterpart, employing dependency inversion principles to ensure zero downtime and enhance future flexibility

Developed features which allow the content team to create customizable user experiences leveraging our Netlify CMS platform decreasing their dependency on the dev team and increasing the overall user value delivered to the end user
Reduced the runtime of the Jest unit test suites by 6 percent by re-engineering a data structure used within the core user flow of the application

Implemented several features at an accelerated rate through pair programming and solo programming improving the overall user experience within the application
Selected from an applicant pool of 1,600 students with an acceptance rate of 10% as part of the Civic Innovation Corps, a Coding it Forward fellowship that connects mission-driven technology students to opportunities in local government
Pioneered the Accessibility Champion Award program in unison with the DRC to award professors for their accessible classroom settings and teaching practices. This included collecting qualitative and quantitative data, creating criteria for the award selection process, and distribution
