Working with companies and organizations to create meaningful, human, and approachable narratives with design. I've taken on projects ranging from doing user research and creating the core UX for a new app, to creating brand editorial illustrations, to designing veggie nuggets. I've worked with a lot of smaller teams and projects in their earlier stages, so I'm comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping focus big ideas.

As the founding product designer at this early startup, I helped conduct generative user interviews to help narrow down the problem space we were working in, as well as crafted the core UX. I also worked closely with an external agency to help bring the Love brand to life. When the brand style guide was delivered, I had the task of translating how it was applied to our product.

I worked closely with a Product Manager and Engineer to help improve the website and conversion rates for this cat food subscription DTC startup. Projects that had a big impact included redesigning the meal plan quiz flow, the quiz results page, as well as a product detail page redesign. What I loved about working on this team was that everything was influenced by generative user research we did and every design was user tested before being rolled out. I also got to work on a small packaging design project for a trial food pack.
