Based in Brooklyn I'm part of the research and customer experience team helping refine and iterate the web and mobile experience at UiPath to create more effective products.
I create and deliver ground up user experiences on range of custom digital software products for a range of Fortune 500 & funded startup clients. I have hands on the entire end to end design process from intensive user and industry research and wireframing to over seeing UI and IXD implementation with front end development.
I also manage the in house team of UI and UX designers. This largely entails estimating and delegating resources to meet deliverables on projects and also leading the client facing discussions.
As a Product Designer at panOpen I worked to isolate and extinguish user and business problems. I did this through research, user tests, user interviews and usability tests. Consistent communications with customer service and content development teams were essential to the problem identifying process as well.
I used Adobe Experience Design to design user experience revisions and tools like InVision to collaborate with the rest of the team in the experience's development. The final products were fitted into sprints with varying caps on timelines and dev resources. In some instances I implemented the designs into the web application myself.
The code work involved were in React.js and Ember.js on a Ruby backed platform. In addition to building features and updating front end components, I also fixed javascript bugs. I took charge of a project to revise the code in the student experience to meet ADA requirements enabling full scale screenreader friendliness.
Content research and development analyst at panOpen, focusing largely on gathering and indexing open source databases from across the web. Working extensively with open educational resources, I monitor and re-design content layout, bringing materials to a high visual standard before they are introduced to the panOpen library.
