• As the only UX designer on the Episode game studio, provided user research and full-stack UX support to story production pods (writers, artists, marketing) and product pods (product managers & engineering).
• Conducted all major qualitative user research for Episode and developed personas. Insights informed the production and evaluation of story content and product features to strengthen the app's leading position in the market.
• Designed concepts, workflows, prototypes, production-ready UI, and future states for the player experience (Android/iOS mobile app) as well as creator tools (web) to achieve user and business goals.
• Created communities, processes, and resources to ground user-first thinking and instill best UX design practices across functions and studios at Pocket Gems.

• Conceived and designed a platform aimed to help the CAD community solve design and engineering problems together through crowdsourcing and markup. I also led a small team to build a fully functioning prototype in few weeks. It ultimately was launched on Autodesk Labs and presented at the Autodesk University keynote.
• Contributed to the successful redesign of the Fusion 360 product. I modernized various workflows across the product's ecosystem (Inventor and Fusion 360) to serve new users, millennials, students and startups. Areas included: sign up; trial, purchase and subscription; onboarding & learning experience; file management; collaboration; and user research.
