# Sony Verma > Product Design Leader • AI Products, Platforms, Product Strategy • AWS • Roblox • Autodesk Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/sony I design the foundations that give teams clarity, momentum, and leverage to innovate. Over 15 years across CAD tools, mobile gaming, creator platforms, and enterprise AI, I’ve built design systems, information architecture, and agent-driven workflows from zero — aligning teams and scaling products across complex organizations. At AWS, I’m shaping how AI transforms enterprise database workflows and how today’s experiences evolve toward AI-native systems. At Roblox, I was the founding designer of Creator Hub, building its design system and information architecture, unifying 200+ features and driving a 200% increase in engagement. My current focus is designing through AI’s core paradoxes of trust, control, autonomy, and simplicity to channel and compound its value.
