• Establish the AI evaluation framework and rubric (accuracy, hallucination, task success, UX quality) in close partnership with OpenAI and Google and AI engineers, enabling systematic experimentation and continuous model improvement.
• Led the design of location-based consumer products serving 8M+ users annually, including Network Coverage Map and International Roaming, translating complex geospatial and network data into intuitive decision tools at nationwide scale.
• Mentor designers and partner cross-functionally (PM, Engineering, UXR, Accessibility, Design Systems, Content, Legal), influencing executive decisions at the Directors/SVP.
