And I’m here to help build it, one intentional design at a time. ## Work Experience ### Accessibility & UX Strategist @ Mondai by Rita Jan 2024 – Present • Led WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility audits for a single digital product using Deque Axe, WAVE, and manual testing to identify critical compliance and usability gaps • Partnered closely with designers to remediate accessibility issues while preserving core UX intent and visual consistency • Advised teams on alternative interaction patterns (keyboard navigation, focus management, semantic structure, color contrast) to improve usability for disabled users • Supported accessibility-compliant design solutions in Figma, aligning UI components with inclusive design standards ### Creative Coordinator @ Mondai by Rita Jan 2022 – Jan 2024 • Create digital creative assets to promote events on social media • Collaborate with Social Media and Digital Team to get assets out and posted in a timely manner ### UX Designer @ SUX Network Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 The Sustainable UX Network was founded 2021 by a group of designers with the idea to develop a playbook to drive sustainability in UX and through UX, based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN and non-profit.
