Led redesign of Cruise’s remote assistance tooling in support of relaunch of driverless ridehail service. Design efforts were on track to enable 10x fleet scale through streamlined workflows, increased clarity of safety-critical information, enhanced maneuver planning capabilities, and significantly reduced clutter.

Led design for 0-1 launch of internal customizable dashboarding platform for AI/ML model testing, observability, and analysis. Platform now has ~180 weekly users and 100’s of official layouts, and gates release of all AV software at Cruise

Led design for 0-1 launch of internal data labeling management platform used to track $10M annual spend and production of 3.7B labels. Platform launch and labeling tool enhancements led to a 79% YoY reduction in cost per label in 2022 and greater process automation.

Drove product strategy/design efforts by utilizing UX methodology to crystallize vision, validate direction, clarify requirements, align executive team, and create actionable designs for a suite of enterprise security products used by Fortune 100 companies.
