With a rich background in hospitality, experience as a business owner in the catering industry, and time spent as a teacher’s aide, I’ve honed skills in customer service, problem-solving, communication, and creating memorable experiences. My role as teacher aide further developed my ability to support diverse needs and foster connections, which I now bring to UX design. I’m applying these skills to building intuitive, user-friendly digital products that enhance customer engagement, particularly in healthcare, education, and hospitality industries. As a Career Foundry UX design student, I’m developing expertise in research, wire-framing, prototyping, and design thinking, always keeping the end user’s needs at the forefront. My experience gives me a unique ability to anticipate user expectations and deliver a solutions. I’m currently seeking full-time UX design opportunities, ideally remote, where I can contribute to creating impactful mobile experiences.
