• Engineered impactful initiatives to achieve 5 9’s availability for our high volume payment processing systems and maintain the SLO’s

• Formulated and implemented an idea of introducing Database proxy layer to increase the availability of DB and ease the process of horizontal scaling thereby reducing the outages caused by DB related issues

• Spearheaded and successfully led a team of 5 people to migrate one of our largest customers to be fully operational on AWS from legacy data center and further into multiple regions in AWS with negligible downtime.

• Successfully lead a team of 4 people to design, develop and build Performance Test Framework for the payments processing system to determine the capacity and there by laying foundation to reduce the cloud infrastructure cost

• Implemented Application monitoring to detect and prevent outages and created dashboards to understand the system performance

• Designed and developed a solution to identify ~300K missing images for around 82K SKU’s on the site which helped the MerchOps team to quickly fix them and thus saved lot of person hours

• Headless Architecture: Spearheaded a 7-member Agile team. Interfaced with business users and architects to develop Test Automation strategy for services-based pilot project.

o Laid the foundation for building automation framework for GraphQL based applications using Node JS

• Levi Mobile App: Lead and Managed a team of 5 people to help Levi launch the mobile app for IOS devices in US.

o Worked with project stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of the project and within timelines.

o Designed and developed an inhouse solution for Mobile app automation to ensure quick turnaround for QE effort.

o Worked with vendors to streamline development and deployment process and built CI/CD pipelines to ensure workflow is fully automated.

• RPCV: Played an instrumental role in architecting, developing and testing the migration from public to private cloud.

o Ensured delivery of cloud migration project for Levi.com and Dockers.com without any major issues during warehouse sale.

• ALB & Holiday Readiness: Successfully lead 6-member team to enable Blue-Green Deployments on production site and migration to F5 Load balancer.

o Laid foundations for Blue-Green Deployments with ALB (Akamai and F5 load balancer).

o Ensured ZERO downtime of the application during Thanksgiving sales and peak periods.

• Zen: Lead/Mentored a team of 30 members(onsite-offshore) for the Levi and Docker website platform migration project covering Canada, US and EU markets (35 countries).

o Designed Test Automation strategy and framework for Levi and Dockers website which spans over 15 Geographical locations

o Implemented Impact Based Regression which reduced the Regression cycle effort by 50%.

• Soteria – Implemented Tokenization for safeway.com to comply with PCI guidelines.

o Designed, developed and tested Tokenization project and integrated this

with existing Safeway applications.

o Partnered with production support team to automate the deployment

process of this solution across ~250 Stores in California.
