Short summary of accomplishments
• Built and scaled a test delivery unit from the ground up, establishing a robust QA captive team for FIS Global’s IBS business unit in India for the IBS SAS retail banking business unit encompassing the Loan Origination, Deposit Origination & ACAPS decisioning.
• Reduced the cost of the non-functional QA group by over $500000 with process automation such as test case automation, automated test results updater, reusable test automation library and other standardized best practices.
• Implemented a hybrid test automation framework with HP QTP that resulted in code reusability of over 50% across all new projects.
• Set and tracked quality assurance metrics, ensuring visibility into performance, driving accountability, and identifying areas for investment to enhance product functionality and user experience.
