• Support diagnostic medical device compliance and data integrity through label verification, DCO routing, and part initiation, identifying and correcting labeling errors, digitizing legacy records, and improving traceability and global documentation accuracy.
• Design and develop SolidWorks components for the TherOx system, including an operator shadowbox to improve efficiency and part organization, and additional fixtures to prevent part damage, maintain vacuum seals, and protect internal components during operation.
• Built and wired electrical enclosures from scratch for heated chamber systems, using power tools and milling equipment; validated functionality through multimeter measurements and voltage testing to ensure safe and reliable performance.
