Building enterprise-grade revenue management and billing systems

Designed key features for AugierAI.com, an AI-powered platform that helps small businesses discover and bid on government contracts. Led UX for core tools including the bid pipeline, proposal outline manager, compliance matrix, task management system, and integrated document editor streamlining the end-to-end proposal drafting and bid process.

Worked on the digital modernization of Ally’s SmartCash platform, a secure online portal for auto loan and lease payments. I collaborated cross-functionally with designers, product owners, engineers, researchers, and compliance teams to redesign the end-to-end experience, focusing on improving usabilit and accessibility.

My contributions included redesigning outdated UI flows, streamlining payment processing journeys, and implementing modern design patterns to align with Ally's brand evolution. I also integrated user research insights to reduce user friction, minimize errors during payment, and increase overall customer satisfaction with self-service options.

As part of CLAWS Lab, I collaborated on NASA SUITS an innovation-focused initiative exploring the future of space exploration. Our year-long project with NASA centered on pioneering new interaction models for astronauts using Augmented Reality (AR).

I led the design of key digital touchpoints, including the entry-point experience and the “Modes” interface, the signature element of our solution. I also conceptualized and designed augmented reality interfaces that assist astronauts in complex procedures, such as spacecraft ingress/egress and geo-sample collection on the Martian surface.
