Responsible for upgrading Fusion Middleware (FMW) component from "11g" version "12C" in the Fusion apps Provisioning. This enabled the provisioning team to use all the new features (10+) supported by 12C FMW. ### Software Developer @ Amazon Jan 2017 – Jan 2019 | San Francisco Bay Area • Designed and developed the Signal Aggregator which deduplicates, aggregates and ranks the signals from various sources. This is designed as a scalable system and currently supports 1 billion transactions per day. • Designed and developed the Compute architecture for all the big data jobs. This compute will submit the job to Amazon EMR and queries the status of the job and updates the result of the job. • Designed and developed the Amazon Catalog parser/sanitizer to classify the ASIN/product into hazardous materials and its sub categories. Around 200 TB data is parsed and the big data solution is implemented in Spark. • Designed and implemented the solution to replicate the crucial AWS Redshift database in our organization in real-time. This redshift database is used in creating business critical reports by the other teams. • Developed the Sanitizer service to understand the external data sources and transform the data into the format that the internal machine learning programs can understand. • Designed and developed a cluster usability metric system which provides the timely reminder and report about the usage of AWS EMR clusters. It is estimated that around 150K$ is potentially saved by the usage of this metric system. • Provide infrastructure for the entire team which includes creation of the version sets, version set groups, host management, environment creation to host the web services and enable load balancer. ### Software Developer @ Oracle India Pvt. Ltd Jan 2012 – Jan 2015 July 1,2014 - July 21, 2015 Oracle Public Cloud (OPC) infrastructure team When the customer orders a SaaS cloud service (e.g. JAVA), OPC team is responsible for the successful provisioning of the order. Worked with Service Deployment Infrastructure (SDI) team which actually process the request and provision the order. • Created, validated and automated the test environment for provisioning the cloud generic services and nimbula services. • Devised algorithms to make best use of special resources like external DB, external Pods etc., to provision the services and to support scalability. • Implemented Dynamic Metadata validation for the cloud services. The metadata of a service to be provisioned is processed and validated against the actual value of the parameter. Identified 20+ regression bugs using this validation technique. June 2012-June2014 Oracle Business Intelligence Back-end development • Implemented parser to analyze the logs and dumps to identify the query execution plan and the corresponding physical query. • Developed TLR automation framework using JUnit and worked as an automation expert to automate all the test scenarios to check for regressions. The automation has helped in increasing the code coverage metric from 58% to 76%. • Developed software tools for the software upgrades, patches. Received appreciation and invitation to the ORACLE headquarters-Redwood to present my work to the entire OBIEE development Business Unit. Noteworthy achievements ------------------------------------- 1.I was able to demonstarte my utility tool which saved huge manpower resources to a group of 1000 people which included the Vice president . And my tool was implemented in the product development lifecycle. 2.
