Conversion rate of users who don’t use Journeys, to running 2+ Journeys queries increased from 21% to 40% once feature shipped. Conversion rate organically doubled to 67.6% by end of Q2 2023.

• Conceptualized, designed and shipped Naming Conventions - a data governance feature unique to Heap; 35 paying accounts enabled this feature within a month of release.

• Contributed features that improved data quality and trust in Heap.

• Redesigned the analytics dashboard creation and consumption experience within Heap to improve dashboard adoption.

• Delivered several features that made data more accessible, easier to find and interpret

• Ideated and owned the end-to-end design of Smule's Social Gifting feature, which quickly became a new and significant revenue stream for the company.
