• Design Lead across the Experimentation and Warehouse native product offering and IC designer on the Metrics team
• Redesigned the UX of access control and custom role creation within LaunchDarkly

### Senior Product Designer @ Heap
Jan 2023 – Jan 2024 | San Francisco Bay Area
• Deprecated an analysis module (Paths) and supported migration of users to another module (Journeys).
• Conducted research to understand users’ jobs-to-be-done with Paths to achieve workflow parity in Journeys; zero customers churned after deprecation. Conversion rate of users who don’t use Journeys, to running 2+ Journeys queries increased from 21% to 40% once feature shipped. Conversion rate organically doubled to 67.6% by end of Q2 2023.

### Product Designer @ Heap

• Conceptualized, designed and shipped Naming Conventions - a data governance feature unique to Heap; 35 paying accounts enabled this feature within a month of release.
• Contributed features that improved data quality and trust in Heap.
• Redesigned the analytics dashboard creation and consumption experience within Heap to improve dashboard adoption.
• Delivered several features that made data more accessible, easier to find and interpret
