# Stacey Lee-Weitz > Advocate for Inclusive & Meaningful Impact through Design Location: El Sobrante, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/staceyleeweitz 🙎‍♀️ Who I am Hi, there! I’m Stacey. I’m a product designer with 8 years of multidisciplinary design experience. Influenced by my identity as a Queer Asian-American, my design philosophy centers on intentionality and inclusivity. I'm driven by the belief that design, no matter how small, can meaningfully impact peoples’ lives. ⭐️ What I do Working with start-ups and established companies, I've taken products through their entire lifecycle, from ideation to initial launch to implementing iterative refinements that drive user conversation and satisfaction. With every project, I thrive in navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving challenges. ‍ 🔍 What I’m looking for I’m always open to discuss opportunities whether they are part-time contract or full-time. I have a strong interest in projects that genuinely improve the quality of peoples' lives. I am passionate about contributing to initiatives that make a positive and meaningful impact on individuals and communities. ⟜ What I used to do I’ve had a couple of past-lives that have led me to where I am today: 1. As a Marketing Designer/Manager, I worked with brands, like McDonald’s and Four Seasons Hotels, and SMBs, honing my skill to understand audiences and connect with them through visual and written content. 2. As a competitive tennis player and captain of the Northwestern University team, I developed team fostering and leadership skills early on in my career. ❤️ What I love Spending time in the ocean and connecting with my queer community. ## Work Experience ### Sr. Product Designer @ Parachute Health Jan 2024 – Present ### Freelance Designer @ Unknown Jan 2020 – Present End-to-end product experiences for companies of all sizes.
