Advertiser Automation team

• Pull zip code data by IP address to populate the company database of website visitor information and implement vanity redirects to support physical mailing marketing campaigns using TypeScript, Lua and nginx config files

• Move static marketing/search engine optimization files and route website traffic to Google Cloud Storage in order to accelerate and streamline development speed with CircleCI automation, Docker and nginx

• Collaborate with a horizontal, cross-platform team including engineers, product managers and stakeholders by updating status tickets in Jira, contributing to project-based technical design documents and conducting Security Design Reviews

• Deploy microservices to production-ready website, write unit tests and create logging/alerting with Splunk

• Assist 90+ students in the Computer Science Slack workspace, answering questions and troubleshooting technical problems

• Hold office hours for students in the class “Introduction to Computer Science”

• Compile computer science studying resources and contribute to professors’ course website

• Accommodated issue tickets and brought the problems to efficient, productive resolution

• Assisted with a range of first-tier support issues, from basic troubleshooting of personal devices to printers to password resets

• Provided front-line support for classroom and video conferencing events
