Experience
San Francisco Bay Area
I define and drive the multi-year product and design strategy for Meridian – the new wealth platform for private markets – as well as VC funds administration, AngelList's core business.
I run UX discovery sessions, generate high-fidelity concepts and product flows in Figma, then ship them into code with Cursor – including delightful micro-interactions and motion choreography. The result is a perfectly polished front-end that feels expensive, intuitive, and magical. It feels like the team who built it actually cared. No design-to-eng handover gap.
I work directly with executive leadership to pitch new ideas and concepts for the next chapter of our design language and AI-powered experiences. I own and evolve our ADAPT design system so the team has everything they need to build a world-class experience.
I amplify the entire organization's impact through systems thinking, creative direction, and design influence. I run experiment-driven validations, hire and mentor talent, and drive blue-sky explorations – because progress doesn't come from refining past solutions. It requires envisioning something entirely new and challenging your priors.

Defined the design systems strategy for Rippling's 35-product suite, generating $5.4M in annual net value — a 36.5x return on investment.
Diagnosed fragmentation across Rippling's rapidly expanding product ecosystem as the core threat to velocity, consistency, and user experience. Led two successive platform-wide transformations: a complete visual language redesign (2021–22) that lifted customer satisfaction to 7.8/10, followed by a deep structural overhaul (2023–24) introducing design tokens, motion systems, and accessibility standards that gave the organization centralized control without restricting team autonomy.
Established a philosophy of guidance over governance — building a system teams want to adopt rather than one they're forced to follow. Achieved 90%+ adoption organically across 40+ designers and ~500 engineers, proving that the most durable systems scale through trust, not mandates.
Architected high-complexity platform components (data tables used on 90% of screens, kanban boards, scheduling calendars, onboarding flows) — solving cross-product UX challenges at the infrastructure level and enabling product teams to ship 34–47% faster.
Left the system positioned for Rippling's next chapter — token infrastructure in place to support dark mode, navigation architecture redesign, spreadsheet-grade data editing, and AI integration standards.

As founding designer at Tinvio, a Singapore-based startup, I reported and collaborated directly with the CEO and built the company's design strategy and user experience from 0 to 1. Over 2 years, I led all design initiatives, creating a distinct design language and intuitive UX tailored to perpetually busy audience of SMB owners in APAC.
I embedded design thinking and meticulous attention to detail across cross-functional teams, cultivating a user-first culture across the organization. This work resulted in a bold brand identity, messaging and a satisfying experience spanning marketing, iOS & Android apps, and a multi-role web platform — a timeless design foundation that remains in use up until today without any major deviations.
Since then Tinvio has grown their customer base to over 5,000 businesses in 10+ cities across APAC, and have raised $18 million USD from Sequoia Capital and Mitsubishi UFJ.

Yalantis is one of the top IT and design companies in Ukraine. I managed stakeholders from the US and Europe to successfully deliver mobile apps and SaaS products in various domains, including banking, education, social media, and marketing.
Led the design team for a social media platform for a US client, resulting in a 32% increase in user engagement and helping virtual connections translate into real life.
Led the design team and collaborated cross-functionally with stakeholders, product, marketing, and development teams to design an intuitive online education platform to support African refugees relocated to Europe during the 2015–2016 period.
Led the design team, implemented UX strategy to redesign and enhance a web platform for managing a network of IoT devices, conducted a UX audit, enhanced design processes, and created a design system for an Asian IoT company — resulting in design and development consistency and accelerating development by 15%.
Collaborated cross-functionally to enhance a banking mobile app for a US client, resulting in 5% new user growth and 7% retention improvement over 6 months.
Played a key role in rebuilding the Matrix of Competencies, used by Yalantis to evaluate designers' skills and overall growth during performance review cycles.
Increased design team efficiency by 31% by improving design workflow, standardizing documentation, providing design templates, and creating a starter design system that could be reused to kick-start projects from scratch.
