• Supported and improved Phase I and II of the Citizens Broadband Radio Service(CBRS) pilot initiative, to expand broadband access in under-served communities, providing patron support, assisting IT management with documentation, and enhancing operational processes.

• Executed the decommissioning of the CBRS initiative, ensuring smooth transition and documentation of lessons learned.

• Delivered on the Housing Preservation Development (HPD) project, achieving community-focused connectivity outcomes.

• Partnered with Nos Quedamos to help deploy broadband solutions in NQ-owned buildings across the South Bronx.

• Identified and implemented new Community Broadband initiatives to expand NYPL’s wireless footprint.

• Collaborated with IT Product Management to research, evaluate, and recommend technology upgrades (hardware and software) that improved staff and patron performance.

• Developed and implemented deployment plans that minimized disruption to library operations while maximizing efficiency of technology upgrades.
