Led and designed integration of American Express Network Tokens at Stripe, meeting directly biweekly with American Express Tech VPs and completing end-to-end integration, contributing over 120 bps of authorization uplift

Developed Stripe's Network Token solution for Visa and MasterCard, bringing Stripe to parity with competitor payment processors in authorization rate and enterprise features, and bringing in >50m in annual revenue.

Helped design and bootstrap one of the first microservices deployed at Stripe. Ran and monitored experiments to ensure optimal network token usage for user authorization rates based on empirical data.

Designed new lock-free cryptogram management system for Mastercard network tokens that eliminated almost all cases of cryptogram reuse and decreased overall latency.

Managed operations and toil of microservice handling over 300 RPS of critical payments traffic.

Developed end-to-end system to make wire payments to external vendors for Stripe’s internal teams.

Integrated directly with Stripe’s banking rails to optimize payment fees and speed.
