Building core features for an automated BSA/AML compliance testing platform, enabling banks and fintechs to continuously validate controls across 100% of account and transaction data. Full-stack work across React, TypeScript, and Next.js on the frontend, and Go with gRPC, Ent framework and Postgres on the backend.
⢠Built and refactored a document management surface end-to-end, adding versioning, renewal workflows, and linked document requests; improved data flow architecture and resolved systemic issues from the initial implementation.
⢠Built bulk operations support for the risk controls product surface, enabling users to apply controls across multiple risk areas simultaneously with configurable defaults.
⢠Implemented search for tables, wiring up the data layer and building an approximate-matching algorithm combining trigram and Levenshtein sequence, then extended the table layout to accommodate the search bar.
⢠Led a frontend layout overhaul: consolidated divergent patterns onto a single unified design system, redesigned application settings, and restructured navigation to pull scattered configuration views into a cohesive layout with improved routing.

⢠Developed and maintained customer-facing open banking APIs within a microservice architecture using Node.js (Express) and PostgreSQL.
⢠Built drag-and-drop frontend components on top of existing payment APIs, allowing customers to integrate payment functionality without custom UI development.

MY ROLE
Lead the operations team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, make certain that Redi will survive its own growth and project my insights into the business development.
